I am a board-certified psychiatrist who earned my medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (2019), completed my psychiatry residency at the University of New Mexico (2023), and my fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Duke University (2025) — serving as a chief resident in both programs.

My clinical focus is a therapy-oriented approach to psychiatric care. I have received training in psychodynamic psychotherapy in residency, fellowship, and at the Psychoanalytic Center of the Carolinas, and I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, and family therapy.
